1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Please respect our home as you would your own. Have as much fun as you can but please don’t make parties nor loud noise after 23:00 because of the peaceful neighborhood.
2. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
According to Croatian law and as a legally registered apartments it is necessary for us to register all our guests at the tourist board. Therefore every guest has to show his photo ID at the arrival and has to be registered.
3. DO THE DISHES!
Because it is decent.
4. NO SMOKING
If you smoke, do it on the terrace.
5. LIGHTS AND AC/HEATING TO BE TURNED OFF WHEN AWAY
After midnight and when leaving the house, please turn the air conditioning off. And lights off after leaving the house, dah.
6. STATE CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
You can check in anytime after 14:00 h and check out any time before 11:00 h. The buffer time is needed to prepare the place for the following guests. Please let us know in advance the planned time of arrival and departure. Thanks!
7. Don't take things from the apartment
Meaning, don’t take things from the apartment with you outside, i.e. don’t take blankets to the beach etc. If you need anything just ask, we would be glad to help you with your issue (i.e. give you a proper beach towel if you forgot your own).
